Last updated October 20, 2026

01Agreement

These terms are a contract between you and [Company legal name]. By creating an account or using Master you accept them. If you use Master for an organisation, you confirm you may bind it.

02Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials safe and be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for activity in your account and workspaces.

03Plans, credits and payment

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Credits measure completed work; monthly plan credits reset each period, top-up and referral credits do not expire. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices may change with notice before your next billing period.

04Your content

You keep ownership of your prompts, uploads and the apps you build. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display them only to operate the service. You are responsible for having the rights to content you upload.

05AI output

AI-generated code and content may be inaccurate or similar to output given to others. Review it before relying on it, especially for legal, financial, medical or security-critical use.

06Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend projects or accounts that violate it.

07Published apps

You are responsible for apps you publish, including their own privacy notices, terms and compliance towards your end users.

08Termination

You may stop using Master and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches, non-payment or legal requirements.

09Disclaimers and liability

Master is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [governing country]. Consumers keep the protection of mandatory laws of their country of residence.
