This addendum applies when apps you build on Master Cloud store personal data of your end users. You are the controller; Master is the processor.
02Our commitments
- Process data only on your documented instructions.
- Keep each project’s data isolated from other projects.
- Ensure staff with access are bound by confidentiality.
- Use only listed subprocessors and give notice of changes.
- Assist with data subject requests and security incidents.
- Notify you without undue delay of a personal data breach.
- Delete or return data at the end of the service.
03Your commitments
You must have a lawful basis for the data you collect, provide privacy notices to your end users and avoid storing special categories of data unless you have appropriate safeguards.
04Signed DPA
Enterprise customers can request a signed copy through the Enterprise page.
